1. Sauté onion and garlic until golden. Add beans with their broth and cook 10 minutes. Blend until smooth, season with salt and pepper, and keep warm over low heat.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Lightly pass each tortilla through the oil to soften, then dip into the bean sauce. Fill, fold, and place on a plate. Top with more bean sauce.
3. Finish with cheese, cream, and fresh cilantro.
