1 pound beef skirt steak

1 bell pepper, sliced (optional)

1 medium onion, sliced (optional)

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 packet of fajita seasoning (or 2 tbsp. of homemade fajita seasoning)

1/8 teaspoon of salt and pepper, to taste

Slice the bell pepper and onion into strips (optional).

In a bowl, toss the beef with 1 tbsp. of olive oil, fajita seasoning, salt and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 10-15 minutes.

Grill the meat to your taste and preferred length of time.

When ready, slice the beef into strips.

Heat 1 tbsp. of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion, cooking for 3-4 minutes until softened but still crisp. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Heat your La Campera tortillas for 1 minute on each side.

Add the meat (and vegetables) to your tortillas and enjoy your new favorite tacos!
