These Brisket Tacos combine tender, seasoned beef brisket with onion, cilantro, avocado, and salsa. Finished with a squeeze of lime, these small street-style tacos are full of flavor and perfect for lunch, dinner, or sharing. Served in warm yellow corn 4″ taco tortillas, for an easy, authentic meal inspired by traditional street tacos.

1 package of La Campera Yellow Corn 4″ Tortillas for Tacos

2 lbs. cooked beef brisket, chopped or shredded

1/2 cup white onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 avocado, sliced or diced

1 cup salsa, or to taste

2 limes, cut into wedges

Prepare the brisket. Chop or shred the cooked brisket and warm it in a skillet over medium heat until heated through.

Prepare the toppings. Chop the onion and cilantro, slice or dice the avocado, and cut the limes into wedges.

Warm the tortillas. Heat the La Campera Yellow Corn 4″ Mini Taco Tortillas on a hot skillet or comal until soft and pliable.

Assemble the tacos. Fill each tortilla with warm brisket and top with onion, cilantro, and avocado. Finish with a squeeze of lime and serve with salsa, if desired.
