1 potato, cut into cubes

1 carrot, diced

1 garlic clove, finely chopped

2 tomatoes

2 bay leaves
Salt, to taste

In a large skillet heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic previously chopped, and sauté, then add the ground beef and stir.

Add the carrot, potato, and peas previously drained (if canned).

In the blender, grind the tomatoes and the whole garlic clove with a slice of onion. Once ground, strain and add to the meat.

Season with salt, pepper, and bay leaves. Stir, and after about 5 to 8 minutes turn off the heat.

Heat the tortillas in a comal, then add the stew and fold the taco and serve!
